China Auto Consolidates, Humanoid Robots Surge
June 18–19, 2025 | Hefei, China
EAC International Consulting participated in two closed-door forums in Hefei, focused on the transformation of China’s automotive sector and the growing momentum in humanoid robotics. The sessions brought together senior executives from OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology disruptors to assess capital strategies, industrial policy, and global expansion frameworks.

EAC shared its strategic perspectives on how Chinese automotive firms are accelerating international growth through Tier 1 partnerships, while foreign players are deepening their China presence by leveraging domestic supply chains, funding channels, and faster commercialization paths.
The second forum highlighted the transition of humanoid robotics from concept to commercial application, drawing parallels with the trajectory of autonomous driving in recent years. Robotics startups demonstrated scalable solutions with relevance across manufacturing, healthcare, and smart mobility.
EAC Director Addie Wei shares her insights:
On June 18–19, I joined two closed-door forums in Hefei, focused on China’s auto industry transformation and the rise of humanoid robotics.
Day 1: Industry leaders—from listed OEMs to tech startups—discussed strategic collaboration, capital access and global expansion.
Day 2: Eight robotics startups showcased real progress.
Just like autonomous driving five years ago, humanoid robots are becoming the next frontier.
As the only invited strategy consulting firm, I shared EAC’s insights on:
• How Chinese firms are going global via Tier 1 partnerships in USA, Europe, Japan, and S. Korea
• How foreign players are localizing in China by tapping capital, supply chains, and faster commercialization path
At EAC, we help international companies identify forward-looking technologies and targets early, an connect them with the right Chinese investors, customers and partners.
