Intern

There are various possibilities for joining EAC: We are always looking for motivated and committed interns who want to expand their consulting know-how. For our headquarters in Munich, we are constantly looking for students and graduates from the various departments: Business administration, economics, engineering and international studies.

Junior Consultant

Economists are just as welcome here as graduates of technical and international courses of study. As a Junior Consultant, you will enter the consulting world with a diploma or master's degree. You will work on a variety of different projects, with the project duration averaging between three and six months. The goal is to develop you into a consultant very quickly - within one year.
Requirement

As a Senior Consultant you are a key figure in our organization. Project Manager

As project manager you are the linchpin of the project. You are the contact person for our customers. Your other tasks include structuring the project flow, responsibility for project results and budgets, reporting the project status to the responsible partner, developing acquisition approaches and operational team management. You have a strong industry expertise in all core industries and extensive know-how in the functional competencies strategy, M&A and operational excellence. A mentor at partner level will supervise your successful development to Principal.

Principal

You will increasingly develop your acquisition potential and at the same time be responsible for the operational management of large complex projects. As an experienced professional you have distinguished yourself in many projects. Personnel management and personnel development are also in your area of responsibility.
Fields of application

As an EAC consultant, you will advise medium-sized companies and large corporations on the implementation of their internationalization strategies. The focus is on emerging markets, especially the growth markets Germany, China, India, Southeast Asia and USA, but increasingly also on Northeast and Southeast Asia (Japan, Korea, ASEAN), as well as Eastern Europe and USA.

You will work at EAC in the functional competence fields of Strategy, M&A, Operational Excellence or Digitization, depending on your qualification profile. Here you will develop market entry strategies for our clients, evaluate cooperation and acquisition options, support clients in the implementation of an investment project or optimize global procurement processes. You will work in international teams whose composition is determined according to functional, industry-specific and regional criteria.

The responsibility for each project lies with an EAC partner, the project management with an EAC project leader. The individual project modules are handled by EAC consultants in close coordination with the responsible project management. Project assistants also support research and data analysis within the individual modules.

Increased growth dynamics, new technologies and permanently changing business conditions increase the complexity of successful internationalization strategies. Business success depends on a variety of factors such as future market developments in an increasingly complex global environment. Strategies must be developed to address these global trends and to secure sustainable competitive advantages. However, these global strategies need to be adapted to regional market needs.
