Munich we are looking for a
Consultant (m/f/d)
You will be part of a team that contributes to customers’ strategically relevant projects, report to project manager
but have frequent customer contact. You contribute to the project results and need to have high affinity for detail
orientation. In addition you will contribute to acquisition approaches.
Your tasks:
- Conducting and leading of market research, reports compilations and analysis
- Support in the preparation of studies and reports, participation in customer-facing meetings
- Market and company analysis and observation of competitive trends
- Taking over responsibilities for project tasks (e.g. market interviews) and leading of smaller projects
- Close coordination with client specialist departments and management
- Support for customer meetings, special topics and general administrative tasks
- Preparation of customer information and support in project acquisition
Candidate profiles:
- University degree with an emphasis on business, economics, engineering or a comparable major – preferably Masters’ Degree
- Prior practical experience in digitalization, mechanical engineering preferred
- Ideally prior exposure to Central and Eastern Europe
- Fluent in German &English language, additional Eastern & Central European language skills highly welcome
- Excellent handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and confident manner, analytical-conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking
- Creativity, personal initiative, flexibility and team orientation

Project Manager (m/f/d)
You are the contact person for our customers and responsible for entire project process and team management.
You share responsibility for project results, budgets and regularly report project status to the responsible partner.
In addition you will develop advanced acquisition approaches and manage projects related to EAC topics in
respective international markets.
Your tasks:
- Leading projects, manage and communicate content deliveries to customers
- Budget and monitor project progress, manage and motivate team members
- Quality control and enhancement of studies and reports, leading customer-facing meetings
- Contribute industry expertise to project content and methodological approaches
- Leading medium sized projects with strong strategic and conceptional contributions
- Close coordination with client project owner and management
- Proactively contribute to project acquisition
Candidate profiles:
- University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or economics
- 5 - 8 years of professional experience, exposure to digitalization and mechanical industries preferred
- Management experience of project teams and independent acquisition of clients
- High degree of independence, commitment and analytical skills
- Strong communicator with entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork skills and a confident demeanor
- Fluent German, Business fluent English, additional Eastern & Central European language highly welcome
- Experienced handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
