Insights from Invest Karnataka 2025

It was a privilege to contribute as a part of the distinguished Roundtable Discussion on Strengthening EU-India Partnerships, masterfully orchestrated by the Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India on February 13th, 2025, alongside Invest Karnataka 2025 in Bengaluru, India.

The discourse, graced by the presence of Shri. M.B Patil, Hon'ble Minister for Large and Medium Industries, Government of Karnataka, and Shri. B.K. Shivakumar, Director of Exports and Managing Director of Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre, exemplified the commitment to fostering robust economic ties between the EU and Karnataka.

Representing EAC International Consulting, Principal Anup Barapatre had the honour of presenting alongside delegates from various European nations that culminated in a rich exchange of perspectives on investment opportunities and policy frameworks.

The event provided an excellent platform to reconnect with distinguished professionals: Robin Banerjee, Dr. Renu Shome, Michał Liżewski, Dr. Judyta Latymowicz, Amitabh Anand and Tea Pirih. Additionally, it was enlightening to forge new connections with industry leaders Santosh Bohra, Partner & Head of Advisory at Forvis Mazars and Hana Onderková, Director of CzechTrade Bengaluru.

This gathering, along with the Kinetic Karnataka event hosted by the Consul General of India in Munich in January 2025—where EAC International Consulting participated as a knowledge partner—reinforced existing partnerships while fostering new alliances. It further underscored Karnataka's status as a premier investment destination for European enterprises.

Daniela Bartscher-Herold and Rituraj Shailendra from EAC International Consulting presented a comprehensive exploration of India's investment landscape and Karnataka's compelling economic potential.
