As a founding partner of EAC and with over 30 years of consulting experience, Dietmar Kusch offers his clients extensive expertise in a variety of industries and markets in Asia and Europe. His core competencies include strategy and optimization projects in the mechanical engineering, industrial goods and automotive sectors as well as in the energy & environment, infrastructure and exhibition sectors.

Prior to founding EAC Euro Asia Consulting in 1993, the graduate in business administration gained experience in controlling at Siemens AG. In his role as project manager at Roland Berger, he supported internationally operating companies in strategy projects.
