Prof. Dr. Roland Klose is professor for Strategic Management and Internationalization at the FOM, University for Applied Sciences.
As a director, board member and speaker of DSW, the German shareholders association, he represents the interest of private and institutional investors, primarily at German but also at European AGMs.
He was heading the research department at the Institute of strategic finance for shareholder research, the former German Institute for Portfolio Strategy.
He is and has been engaged in various supervisory and advisory board functions such as the supervisory board of Berentzen AG, as well as the advisory board of Better@Home Service GmbH and other start ups.
He is a fellow of the BBUG entrepreneurs network and has been serving on the board of APA (Asia Pacific Board), the DIHK - trade fair board and the German Design Council.
During various Management and Consulting functions he has been active in entrepreneurial, management and consulting assignments with focus on the US (New York), Asia (Singapore and Malysia) and the Middle East (Saudi and UAE).
