About Daniela Bartscher-Herold

As a founding partner of EAC, Daniela Bartscher-Herold has been involved in a variety of projects on strategic and operational issues in emerging markets in Asia and Europe since 1994. Her expertise includes the design and implementation of tailor-made strategies (restructuring, market entry, growth strategies) in the consumer goods industry as well as operational efficiency improvement by optimizing internal cost structures and global supply chains. Daniela Bartscher-Herold holds a diploma in economics from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich. Before becoming self-employed, she worked for several years as a consultant at Roland Berger in the field of strategy consulting and strategic marketing.
