Since 2011, Eric Luo, as a partner in the Shanghai EAC office, supports his clients as an expert in M&A in China. His core industries include life sciences / chemicals, consumer goods, automotive and infrastructure. Prior to joining EAC, Eric worked for several years in the financial industry in the area of investment and capital consulting. He is also a member of the CFA China Society since 2011. He holds degrees from the Polytechnic University Hong Kong (Bachelor of Science) and Brandeis University Massachusetts, USA (Master of Finance).
