Over the last 10 years, John Deng has helped a large number of clients to successfully implement and continuously optimize their business model despite the strong competition in the Chinese market. In 2019 John was appointed EAC Partner. The graduate engineer advises companies on strategic issues in the industrial goods, infrastructure and high-tech industries. In addition to his consulting experience, John brings more than a decade of industry experience in various strategic and operational positions. In addition to his engineering degree, he holds an MBA from Fudan University in Shanghai.
